Hi, Is it true that a project outside the US (located in Europe) does not necessarily have the target finder results? for LEED accreditation?

I am using DesignBuilder to export the minimum energy performance calculator spreadsheet; unconditioned spaces are not filled in the Tab Lighting.

I registered EQpc44 on March 4, 2021 with V4.0 project.  The documents are complete and went to LEED Online to finalize documentation and the pilot credit was gone from the form.
