For v4 projects, is there any adjustment in point allocation for projects using 90.1-2013 ILO 90.1-2010?

Hi, I am modeling an existing school building which is undergoing substantial renovation. As a part of the renovations, new windows are being added and the grade level is being changed.

We're working on a project where in order to comply with local noise regulation requirements, the Proposed design required indoor air handling equipment with fully ducted exhaust/intake air connect
