Updated Modeling Manual?

USGBC has the Advanced Energy Modeling for LEED Technical Manual v2.0 for LEEDv2009, which was helpful.  We cannot find an updated version for v4.  Does anyone know if this exists and whe

Hi,

We have a LEED v4 ID+C CI project that is a substantial renovation. It's 8 floors and receiving a new HVAC system for the entire building, but there are many peculiar situations:

This project is a CI fit out for 100% of the leasable floor area of the base building, which is currently being certified as Core and shell.

Would the requirements for vestibules, revolving doors or equivalent be not mandatory for an existing retail area being renovated and pursuing CI Retail?

I know that it has been asked if previously purchased equipment is exempt from this credit but I'm curious if it can be counted if the relocated equipment is compliant?

Option 1 energy simulation - I am in review of the LEED Interpretation ID# 10419 and I am unclear how I model the existing envelope of a ID+C tenant space.

Our system was modeled with a baseline of System 5 - Package VAV w/ Reheat, and is one system per floor.
