Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

Our project doesn't have enough energy savings to earn the prerequisite. Can we get there by incorporating onsite renewables?

CI-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Baseline for CI when the CS certification is being carried out simultaneously

This project is a CI fit out for 100% of the leasable floor area of the base building, which is currently being certified as Core and shell. The scope for CI does not include anything related to envelope and for HVAC only indoor units. 

1. What is the HVAC system and envelope for the baseline model?  Is it according to Table G3.1.1A or identical to the proposed?

2. If it according to Table G3.1.1A, Can we use/update the same baseline energy model developed for the CS certification?

1. The baseline HVAC and envelop are according to Appendix G. 2. Yes. Sounds like you will need to do some level of modification to the models. If there is a difference in area between the whole building and leasable space you will need to break that out.
