What are you doing about documenting transit credits with the Covid related transit schedule changes?

We are running into trouble on projects where we had hoped to achieve Exemplary credit or 7 points for transit as we cannot document it properly because the transit schedules are modified due to CO

Is the use of the word "trips" being used for "stops" or is "trips" being used for the number of people taking that route?

The LEED step-by-step guidance within step 4 states that an individual transit stop can only be counted once, regardless  of the number of entrances within walking distance.

The bus service near our project clearly meets the weekday requirements, but there is no bus service on the weekends in Salem, OR.
