Can the APPA Audit be modified for hotel spaces?

The percentage of APPA Space Categories (i.e. break room, conference room, copy/mail room, etc.) are specific to office buildings.

Can multiple teams of two in-house staff perform the audit?

Our building contains a few million square feet, and while the APPA audit may be time consuming for a building of this size, we believe that it is  worthwhile to pursue as part of our EBO
