Our building contains a few million square feet, and while the APPA audit may be time consuming for a building of this size, we believe that it is worthwhile to pursue as part of our EBOM efforts. After filling out the "General Building Information" tab in the excel spreadsheet, it has indicated that we need to audit over 1,000 rooms. Instead of having one in-house team of two audit all of the spaces, can we use multiple teams of two so that the audit can be completed in one day? The teams of two would all be trained together to ensure that their ratings are in line with one another.

Hi Marc, this seems like a completely reasonable approach to me, but unfortunately I can't find any published guidance that confirms it's acceptable. Maybe you can include some additional QC checks or training to address potential issues or errant auditors. And ultimately it may just be a matter of how detailed you get with the audit procedure information you include in your application.
