Is there a minimum duration after occupancy you must wait to conduct the occupant comfort survey?

Since all the ID credits are under one form in LEED Online, do you have to wait until construction to submit everything? Or can you submit it partially under design and the rest in construction?

Can Innovation and/or Regional Priority credits be included in a campus master site submission?  Or must these credits be awarded at the project level?

Our project team pursued this pilot credit and found it to be very achievable for projects in urban settings.

A Mass transit project will be using Electric buses to serve the routes. As for LTc8 Green Vehicles, the project already has preferred parking and EV charging stations covered.

Reposting this question from LEED 2009. Has anyone received guidance on whether this is an acceptable Innovation credit (ISO 14001 Certified EMS) for LEEDv4 projects? 

One of our projects is a 30-storey building. The credit requires 15% of non regularly occupied floor area to have access to views.
