We are working on a high rise apartment job following ASHRAE 62.1. We have dedicated Heat pump for all dwelling unit and dedicated remote exhaust fan for toilet/kitchen.

We are working on a project where the ozone levels exceed the most recent three year average, so we must include air-cleaning devices for ozone.
