What about outdoor air provided indirectly for human IAQ? For example, a MUA serving a restaurant kitchen?

If the MUA is sized, selected, and used to meet people ventilation rates (in addition to account for the exhaust of the kitchen hoods) then the outdoor air of the MUA should be monitored.
If the MUA are used exclusively to maintain pressure when hoods are energized then the OA is not required to be monitored.
