My project is a garment factory which produces a lot of garment waste (scraps, cuttings, etc), which we use to fuel the boiler in the factory.

Hi, We have a new small building on a large industrial site in Switzerland (same owner for the entire site) that we want to certify with LEED Gold (only the new small building) and we have no space

The LEED Credit template for this credit indicates that the renewable installation has to be complete and commissioned prior to building occupancy.

Our project intends to provide land, under a min. 10-year lease, to the local power provider who will install a min. 1MW PV system.

We are working on a Manufacturing Project in Vietnam with very high non-regulated loads (around 75% of the total energy consumption).

RE split between on site production and lease agreement

Can a project split the source of renewable energy used on site between their own on site system and making up the rest through a purchase agreement with a community RES?
