Is it agreed that a project can pursue MBCx without first achieving Advanced Energy Metering?

Has anyone had experience with implementing BECx on a pre-fab, steel building?

The project is pursuing v4. A 3rd party Cx provider has been engaged for MEPs.

For EA prerequisite, the standard for commissioning that is referenced by USGBC (the 2005 edition) is now outdated. Should that standard be used or tne new updated one?

Can a different CxA for a project Construction Phase be hired other than the one hired during Design Phase ?

Does the CxA need to be the same firm/person for Path 2 and Option 2, as it does for Path 1?

I have a client who is asking what the value of pursuing enhanced commissioning versus fundamental.
