Hi everyone, Reading the v4 reference guide, it seems that the default process energy being 25% of total energy cost for the baseline disappeared from the requirements. Have you also noticed it?

In the building there is an electric transformer that transforms the electricity coming from the grid into low voltage energy. The transformer is particularly efficient.

I know that the 90.1 and the LEED Reference Guide generally tell you to use the same utility rate structures for both the Proposed and Baseline models.

1. We registered the project as Campus consisting 3 Buildings. Central Plant Building and the future building is not included in the LEED boundary. 2.
