NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Project Registration

Hi, We have project in Pakistan and we had done all measures for LEED certification, but due to some client personal reasons we were not able to register this project with USGBC and now after 1.5 years client is ready to register for LEED certification. My question is, is it possible to register under LEED NC BD+C because we have already done all documentation for this rating Or LEED EBOM.
