Code is surpassing 90.1-2010

In a Jurisdiction where code is surpassing ASHRAE 90.1-2010 LEED buildings are required (by code) to meet the more stringent requirements but measure their energy score based improvement from ASHRA

Hi, Is there any limitations in LEED V4 regarding process energy that it should be minimum 25% (In proposed case) of the baseline energy cost for the building.

Hi Markus and all coleagues, In the Data center I'm about to start modeling, there are 4 IP rooms. Each of these rooms has IP load with a power density of 3.2 kW/m2 or 297 W/ft2.

Title 24 Equivalency?

Has USGBC issued any equivalency for Title 24 (vs ASHRAE 90.1) in LEEDv4 EA credits yet? I've seen comments saying it can take a while. Just wondering if it is on the horizon for LEEDv4 or not?

A building is composed by three towers that have the basement, the ground floor, and the first floor in common. The system for the baseline model shall be System 8.

100% OA Laboratory System

I have a HVAC system with labs on it requiring 100% outside air systems. Following all the guidance in 90.1 these spaces require a dedicated Sys 5/7 because they are over 5,000 cfm.

If the envelope is demolished and then rebuilt with the same shape does Table G3.1 part 5., baseline, point f apply?
