Baseline HVAC System Type - for laboratories

Hello! I am constructing a building model which spaces are half offices, half laboratories. The HVAC system chosen is system 5 (packaged VAV with reheat) for all building, since it is considered a single thermal block. In order to meet G3.1.1 c., is it necessary to model laboratories area itself with an independent system 5 or 7? Or should I model the entire building with a single HVAC (system 5)? Thanks

Any applicable exceptions to G3.1.1 must be included in the baseline model.
