LEED reference guide states for Ice machines "ENERGY STAR or performance equivalent." Does anyone know if 2018 DOE (Department of Energy) regulations would be an acceptable performance equival

Hello. In the WEp2 we have got a requirement that dishwasher's water consumption must be less or equal 6 liters/rack. What does it mean - rack?
