Hi, Is reusing rainwater for flushing toilets an accepted solution for achieving this credit? Or is reusing for irrigation the only solution accepted? Thanks.

Does anyone have more detail on the FAR requirement for documenting a zero lot line project? Is it like the density credit in that you only need to include buildable land?

Dear All, I´m still wondering how to get a value of rainfall intesity in inches/hour or mm/hour for the 95th percentile (option 2 - modified rathional method) based on time concentration.

It is our understanding that Section 438 is used only to define the 95th percentile and that there is no requirement to follow Section 438 in full.
