Does anyone have more detail on the FAR requirement for documenting a zero lot line project? Is it like the density credit in that you only need to include buildable land? I've typically used the FAR listed in the local zoning to demonstrate compliance with density rather than having to count all of the buildings are parcels. Anyone know if this would work for compliance in this case? Thanks!

Hi Janika,
Yes, the Rainwater Management credit approaches density in a similar way as LTc Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses (except that you don't need a detailed count of all the buildings/parcels on a map for documentation of SSc Rainwater Management). In v4, we define FAR in the glossary as: "the density of nonresidential land use, exclusive of structured parking, measured as the total nonresidential building floor area divided by the total buildable land area available for nonresidential structures."
You can also refer to the "Getting Started" section ("Maintaining Consistency in the Application") of the BD+C Reference Guide for more guidance on density in general: http://www.usgbc.org/guide/bdc
