Does a project still qualify for credit if the site is within a DDA boundary that is set to change in the upcoming months?
Remediation outside of LEED Project Scope

Can this credit be achieved if the remediation occurred outside of the LEED project scope? My understanding is that this was not allowed for the Brownfield Redevelopment credit under LEED v3.
