The project conducted a Phase I ESA and concluded that there maybe potential for chemical vapor intrusion to indoor air from off-gassing associated with the groundwater plume, therefore a phase II ESA on soil gas investigation is conducted. However, Phase II ESA concluded that the groundwater plume is not volatilizing at concentrations that would pose a human health risk from a vapor intrusion standpoint. And did not require for a remediation. Does the site qualified to claimed Option 3 Brownfield Remediation as the site has already been completely assessed?
