My project does not comply with section 1.9A (minimum compliance requirements for process energy modeling) so I need to upload a narrative.

We have a existing building that is LEED Silver and we are adding to same building. New addition is also LEED Silver. Do I need to model both existing and new addition or only new addition.

In this Table, are we supposed to list EVERY room in the building, or group similar rooms to together?

If we are not knowing existing assembly values can we go with ASHRAE 90.1 values for existing assembly. USGBC will approve ?
