How would you qualify fire-stopping sealants? What VOC limit would you apply? I can't find it in SCAQMD rule 1168.

I am on a project where the contractor used an adhesive that exceeds the VOC limit for that type but the building was open when they used it.

In our project cleaning tissues will be used. It's a special cleaning agent for plastic weld joints.

In a greenroof application, if a single ply roof is use (we called it a "liner"), does it have to comply with the 450 g/L of VOC limit? Techically, it is on top of the building on the outside.

In FAQs for IEQc4.2 I found an information that the actual weather barrier does not need to comply with the credit. I understand that we can treat EPMD Membrane as weather barrier.
