Should retail spaces in a shopping mall have CO2 sensors? Does anyone know if shops are treated as densely occupied spaces?

Credit requires to monitor CO2 level for densely occupied spaces. Is there any requirements for the minimum no. of sensors per space / sq ft?

It seems that scop of CS does not require CO2 sensors to be placed in tanent space.
