CS-2009 IEQc1:Outdoor Air Delivery Monitoring

LEED Core and Shell 2009 (V 3) for IEQ c1, IEQ c5 and IEQ 6

We wish to attempt and submit documentation {LEED Core and Shell 2009 (V 3)} for following credits (with no control on Tenant Spaces): 1. Outdoor Air Delivery Monitoring (IEQ Credit 1); 2. Indoor Chemical & Pollutant Source Control (IEQ Credit 5) 3. Controllability of Systems – Thermal Comfort (IEQ credit 6); The Client is willing to invest on Exhaust Ventilation, Outdoor Air Delivery, Thermal Comfort Controllability and integrate with BMS for these credits within the scope of Core & Shell and also on Design (Tenant Guidelines, Drawings etc). Kindly provide LEED (C & S 2009) specific guidance.

Hi Himanshu! Have you read previous questions and responses in this forum? Do you have any specific question? LEEDUser member can access advance features of the website, such as FAQs, templates, and sample documents. I guess you'll find it quite useful. I also think it is a good idea to purchase a hard copy of the Reference Guide, if you don't have it already.
