Vertical Garden/Green wall

I have a project that is considering installing green wall/vertical garden. We would like to pursue WEc1. Water Efficient Landscaping, Option 2 (No Potable Water Use on Irrigation).

minimum vegetation area

Hose bibs - permanent irrigation

Hi LEEDers. I tried to pursue the credit via calculation because the roject will use the hose bibs on regular basis for the building lifetime, not as a temporary solution.

Use of HVAC condensate water

Hi all, we would know if it's possible to use the condensate water from air-treatment in HVAC systems for irrigation to meet the intent of WE c1. Do you know it? Thanks.

I have a similar quesion as Alicja Bieszyńska, had above. Our project will contain offices and a pre-school facility. Two adjacent building contains homes. These buildings will share a large yard.

Interior Green Garden

Would we need to take into account the water consumption by the interior (indoor) garden that consists of some small trees and planters? Or only the exterior landscaping is accounted for?
