Bicycle & Changing rooms in basement , 200 yards

Our project consists of three buildings connected through the basement and is registered under campus development. We are providing bicycle racks and shower changing rooms in the basement.

I read from Reference Guide that there is distance requirements (200 yards from building entrance) for location selection of bicycle storage for case 1 (commerical or institutional project 300,000

We have a large (over 300,000 s.f.) office tower that is across the street from a national chain fitness center (within 100 yards).

I am working on a LEED v.2009 CS project, using deafault occupancy Core and Shell Appendix 1. I assume that FTE and transients here are average transients?

I am working on a LEED CS v.2009 project greater than 300 000 sf. In the LEED Online form I have to fill out number of changing facilities and number of showers.

When you are determining the number of showers to provide per FTEs and the total required for example is 3.
