I have a question to calculate the FTE for a residential project (2 towers in one condominium of one building).

The FTE Occupants on the project is 123, and therefore 1 shower should be required in my opinion. The project secured a complete gym membership for 1 full time employee on the Project.

I would like to clarify the LEED V2009 requirement for Showers and Changing Rooms.
