Is paint-grade molding (made from short pieces finger-jointed together to form a usable length) considered new wood or recycled wood (presumably 100% pre-consumer)?

I rec'd an invoice for a wood product stating that the product is FSC Mixed Credit, LEED Online is asking for new wood % for this product.Supplier can not provide me with % info, what should i do.

I rec'd a letter from manf. of the door company. It stated the door i ordered is FSC Mix 97%. Composed of 100 new wood by weight, FSC COC Code xxxxx.

I have a door company that has sent me documentation that claims 98% FSC mix and another door 90% FSC mix then claims 23% New Wood and 30% New wood right on the documentation next to the FSC Mix %
