We have a library project that is reusing metal shelving. Since it is being used for the same purpose this credit indicates it should be part of MR1.2.

The elements of "Exterior and Party Walls" include shell or not? It seems to be exterior walls seperated from outdoor and party walls seperated from other spaces.

I'm seeking clarification on how this credit applies to an interior renovation. The existing tenant will actually remain in place during construction.

Hello, Two questions: 1 Shall we count window area on the exterior walls? 2 For window on an interior wall, the window area should be counted once (one side), while area for both sides of the wall
