I am working on a Non-US project that is located in a new neighborhood that had been graded and developed by the local Municipality (roads and sidewalks) in 2006.

Previously Developed Site vs. Prime Farmland

I have a site that is currently on previously developed site. Utilities, sidewalks, etc are already in place. However the Soil Survey says the land the is prime farmland if drained.

We have a site that has a strip of prime farmland, which we are not building on per se. We have a retention pond with a water feature in mind for that area.

We've got a building and hardscape located more than 50 feet from a navagable body of water, with one exception. There is a paved road to a dock that is on the body of water.
