Our rainwater calculations are right on the cusp of reaching the 90th percentile and earning the full three points (+ regional priority point) for this credit.

The LEED v4.1 guidance says that conventional grey infrastructure devices and hard runoff conveyance systems can be used as a component of LID/GI systems.

We are working on a project whose LEED Boundary covers the whole exterior area of the site, but there is an existing building that will not be altered.

Credit Substitution Point Mismatch

We are registered as a v4 project but would like to substitute the Rainwater Management credit for version 4.1. However the credit thresholds do not update in LEEDonline when you substitute.

Hi LEED experts, I read v4.1 "Further explanation", in the first section "Examples of Acceptable LID techniques", LEED mentioned rainwater cistern.
