Does it make any difference if a building is located in the area where level of NOx is permanently higher due to low stack emission caused by transport?

The emission limits for products of combustion usually use ppm. But the emissions are often measured in other units.

Happy November LEEDuser -  the LEED requirement for generators for this Pilot is that they meet the SCAQMD requirements.  The requirement also includes a monitoring system, though SCAQMD
