There was a discussion if there is no exterior lighting then the project can achieve the credit.

Our project is a highrise office building in a downtown area.

Can it achieve a point by not having any of exterior lights?

The project building does have small landscape and and rooftop garden.

I am currently working on a project that has a covered, above ground parking garage within the site boundary. Are the fixtures within the parking garage considered interior or exterior fixtures?
