NPDc8 - Option 2 / Define "Occupants"

This option indicates transit passes must be provided to project "occupants". Are "Occupants" FTE, residents, or inclusive of 100% of people who come to the site?

Hi,

When I calculate the daily trips of bus lines, do I need to add the numbers of trips, for example east + west ? considering that each direction is at a different bus stop.

Hi For this credit, it says that create a TDM program for the project to reduce 20% at least weekday peak-period motor vehicle trips compared with a baseline case. So what is the baseline case?

For this credit under Option 4, there is a requirement to include additional spaces if our project has more than 100 dwelling units/ employees and has a minimum transit service of 60 daily weekday
