Option 4 - Transit Services Referenced

For this credit under Option 4, there is a requirement to include additional spaces if our project has more than 100 dwelling units/ employees and has a minimum transit service of 60 daily weekday trips etc. What "transit service" are they referencing here? Is it only for a Developer-Sponsored Transit Service? Or could it also be referencing nearby transit and the amount of daily trips available through those services? Thank You!

Sara, it's referring to public transit only. Developer-sponsored transit is limited to Option 3, and all other references to transit in the credit mean public transit. Eliot
