Speaking of appurtenances, there is a rooftop pool. Should that be included? Do I need to figure out the SRI value of water?

Whether to include water on a roof in this calculation

I have a project that has reflecting pools on part of the roof area and do not see any precedent for this in LEED User. Should water be treated like a skylight or how should it be treated in the SRI calculation?
