Hi all,

Curious if it may be possible to consider furniture and pursue Option F if furniture is NOT included in other credit calculations. In our case, the building will be furnished by the owner and is not part of the LEED scope, so not included for low-emitting materials or BPDO credits. However, we can provide guidance to the owner on furniture selection and get access to furniture data for consideration of Option F.

It clearly reads "If furniture is included in the scope of work" which for us it is not, but I am thinking there is some additionality here that may warrant credit. Also, that can be read as "if furniture is not included in the scope, then you will not have influence over it, nor have information to achieve Option F." But, we can.

Would welcome your experience with this.

Thanks, John M
