NC-2009 IEQp2:Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS) Control

Historic residential building

We are renovating a historic residential building and windows will not be replaced. We think it will be difficult to perform a blower door test. We intend to ban smoke on all property and in all internal spaces comprised residential units. Is installing no smoking signage and no smoking requirements incorporated in contractual language of lease agreements sufficient for this prerequisite?

LEEDme, just go with Option 1 to ban smoking in the building, as you suggest.
