Green Badger

Have any of you relied on Green Badger for LEED documentation on projects?

I am familiar with the tool and know Tommy from my time in Atlanta, but have not used it on a construction project.

Have you found value? Thoughts?

Either way, they publish a pretty nifty "LEED v4 Construction Tool Kit" that may be useful for your teams:

I have met with Tommy many times and am very impressed with the continued evolution of his product. He has done a lot with LEED v4.  We used it a few years ago (v3) when I needed to offload LEED documentation for a project onto someone else that was not experienced with LEED. I have heard that the Chicago PBC uses it on all of their projects.

We are using Green Badger on at least 6 projects and I like it for the ease of use and having all projects on one website to capture their progress in one shot. They have a decent product library for Low emitting materials and are developing library for EPD/HPD as well. Before joining a General Contractor I was a sustainability consultant and maintaining those long excel tracking sheets was always a challenge (specially on a long project with many changing hands). Green Badger seems like a fool proof platform and also a repository of documentation for many projects to use.  I am happy to talk in more detail on a separate call, if you would like.
