1.please can any one help me how to calculate the Office Systems Furniture? it is not clear for me ... we have retained all offices furniture and we didn't buy any thing new

Shouldn’t reused furniture count toward CI Credit MRc3.2 Materials Reuse – Furniture & Furnishings? The LEEDuser Checklist Tab above warns, “Fixed partitions and office furniture apply to MRc3 Materials Reuse and not to MRc1.2 Building Reuse.” MRc3.2 bases credit achievement upon the cost of the furniture—either upon the actual purchase price of the used furniture or upon the estimated replacement costs for comparable new products. This furniture cost would figure into the “Total Material Cost” used to calculate other MR Credits. Since you are reusing the furniture in the same building that it comes from, its value counts toward MRc5 Regional Materials, as well. Finally, since the furniture has been salvaged on-site, you can also count its weight toward MRc2 Construction Waste Management.
