there are quite a few IAQ measures that are impossible to get a photo of. 

how do you get photos of IAQ measures that do not exist?

For a major renovation project, should we implement the Construction IAQ Management Plan in our unoccupied building during the demolition phase?  The reference guide says to implement the plan

Is it possible to utilize heating systems during new construction in order to dry out some moisture damage from rain prior to construction completion?

My project team puts together reports that includes pictures of conditions that to be addressed with SMACNA Control measures and includes photos of corrected conditions.

LEED Consultants working in remote mode.

As LEED Consultants we are working in remote mode because of COVID-19 risk.

The Project Team is concern about how this may or may not affect the certification.

Inspection reports vs photos?

In v2009, inspection reports were sufficient documentation to confirm the implementation of the IAQ Mgmt Plan.  Is this still acceptable?  The LEED v4 reference guide only mentions photog
