NC-v4 EQc3:Construction indoor air quality management plan

What suggestions are there for the case of moisture damage from rain?

Is it possible to utilize heating systems during new construction in order to dry out some moisture damage from rain prior to construction completion? Filters would be used to maintain indoor air quality as well as an air quality test at the end before occupancy.What additional suggestions do you have in this case?
