Revise the metric conversion in the first paragraph to:
“8 kilowatt hours per square foot per year (86.1 kilowatt hours per square meter per year)”

Add showers and kitchen sinks to the list of fixtures:
"Calculations are based on estimated occupant usage and must include only the following fixtures and fixture fittings (as applicable to the project scope): water closets, urinals, lavatory faucets, showers, kitchen sink faucets and pre-rinse spray valves. Fixtures used for clinical use, such as surgical scrub sinks and exam room sinks are exempt from this calculation."

Below Option 6, add a 7th option:

Option 2. High-reflectance and vegetated roofs
Paragraph should read:
“Meet the three-year aged SRI value (if three-year aged value information is not available, use materials that meet the initial SRI value) for a minimum of 75% of the roof area of all new buildings within the project, or install a vegetated (“green”) roof for at least 75% of the roof area of all new buildings within the project…”

Last bullet under "The improvement plan must address the following topics." should read:
"•Soils. Documentation of general soil structure, preservation of healthy soils, remediation of compacted soils, identification of previously disturbed area."

Option 1. On-Site Restoration. The first sentence should read:
"Using native or adapted vegetation, restore 30% (including the building footprint) of all portions of the site identified as previously disturbed."

Under the third paragraph remove the text: "(e.g. lab hoods, fixed partitions, demountable opaque full- or partial-height partitions)".

Remove the sentence “Include in the calculations any permanent interior obstructions. Moveable furniture and partitions may be excluded.”
