I have a project requested minium 95 survey respond, however after reached the min required respond there is no update on both Transportation and Human Experience Performance Score, can anyone give me some guide what should I do ? Thank you !

I had the same issue on a project and reached out to Arc admin and was told "You have a good number of responses, but based on their results, it looks like the solo car option is so popular and may have more miles traveled that the LEED Points is 0". Maybe you have the same situation.

Hi Michael! Check the date range for the performance period in Arc in the top left. If you set a custom date range before it may still be for a period preceding the surveys. I hope this helps!
