Difficulty uploading the form

Each time that I attempt to upload PI Form 1, this message appears: "Please make sure the correct offline form is uploaded for this credit". I've repeatedly downloaded, completed, and attempted to upload the form. Obviously, I am working offline due to browser incompatability. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Avery, I'm not sure if you have contacted GBCI customer support on this, but they would be most likely able to help you. Of course it sounds like the browser incompatibility and working offline may be the core issue, unfortunately. What a pain!
