Option 2, Strategy E - Exterior glazing possible exclusion from calc?

Since the Option 2, strategies F (partitions), G (floor, wall and ceiling) and H (partition) excluding the fenestrations form calculation, I'm wondering if the exclusion can be apply for the exterior glazing also. Does anyone has adopt similar approach?
