Does anyone have experience with trying the same pilot credit on multiple projects? For instance, if I pursued and achieved a pilot credit on one project. Would I be able to pursue and achieve that same pilot credit on another project?

Yes, you can do what you describe. I have pursued the same pilot credit on multiple projects before.
