When to submit a pilot credit?

I am exploring additional credits and may possibly apply for a design pilot credit during the construction phase of our project. Our project is being submitted as a split review. The design phase is ready to submit now and I would rather not delay this. Can I submit documentation on a pilot credit at any time or do Design pilots need to be submitted with the design phase and Construction pilots with the Construction phase?

Hi Alfred You can submit pilot credits during either review. Pilot credits aren't specifically design or construction. However, be sure to read through the pilot credit early on to make sure that anything that needs to be completed early on (during schematic design or prior to construction for example) gets done and documented at the appropriate time.
