I'm based outside US and the project is also non US based. I'm about to press the button on the design stage submission. I have informed the client of the fee but what are the payment methods open to him? Credit card? International money order? other? Sean

Sean, credit card is definitely an option (I can say that from experience), and I'm certain that USGBC accepts other payment methods such as money orders.
