For a building with individual systems per unit, does every single system need to be commissioned?
What kinds of projects must the CxA demonstrate experience on?
What level of authority does the CxA have towards correcting inaccurate or erroneous construction?
Can the CxA be a member of the design or construction team?

Daniel, I'm not aware that GBCI ever asks for proof or documentation of the past experience.
The credit language states that the CxA is involved in the Cx process, but doesn't stipulate that they are the principal CxA.

Right Tristan, when you submit the form, you are (per the LEED standards) confirming that you indeed have the experience required to comply with the requirements of the pre-requisite. I have not heard of a reviewer challenging this yet, but they always could ask for some sort of proof.
